Imad Riachi
Founder & CEO
Imad is an experienced leader who has built, led, and turned around tech-centric and data-driven businesses. He has a track record of bringing to market award-winning innovations in startups as well as large multinationals with £1Billion+ revenue.
In his last role Imad, was the Managing Director of Kaluza, Ovo’s smart grid and smart energy technology. Imad started his career at Goldman Sachs, where he was a strategist and an algo-trading quant, he then co-founded Essentia Analytics where he acted as the Chief Scientist & VP of Product, before taking a Data Science manager role at Facebook, working across both their engagement and publisher solutions teams.
Imad has a strong multidisciplinary background, with expertise in complex systems modelling/simulations, machine learning and big data. He also domain expertise in the neuroscience, robotics, finance, e-commerce, social media and energy sectors, where he has been part of cutting-edge, innovative projects across his career. Imad holds a PhD in Neuroscience, and a M.Sc. in Robotics and Autonomous Systems.
